The Ranatec SP8T Solid State Switch operates from DC to 6 GHz with low insertion loss, I2C control, and fast switching for RF applications.

The Ranatec SP8T Solid State Switch is a single-pole, eight-throw (SP8T) module covering DC to 6 GHz. It provides less than 3.1 dB insertion loss up to 3 GHz and supports I2C control with 8 selectable addresses for easy system integration. With a switching time of 10 μs and a voltage range of 4 to 30 VDC, it is ideal for automated RF testing.
